Newly constructed in 2004, and continually improved since that time, Rancho Pacifica is a 20 level acre ranch that was originally designed as a 100-horse capacity large-scale boarding facility.  The facility has five (5) one acre grass pastures, great for mares/foals/lay-ups, a 20 stall open MD barn which surrounds a grass courtyard and fountain, three (3) fully covered mare motels for mares in foal, broodmares, geldings, and surgical rehabs. Facility amenities also include multiple lighted arenas, two (2) round pens, ¼ mile wood chip bedded exercise track, ten (10) individual hot/cold water wash racks/exam areas, and much more.

The Ranch is available for lease/rent in its entirety, or portion(s) thereof, including full property management services and a resident property manager.
